Application:
This is a specialized equipment indispensable for thermostatic culturing in the field of medical health, medicines, biology, chemistry and agricultural science.
Product Characteristics:
1. Stainless steel operating chamber fabricated with arc-welded bacteria-resistant stainless steel in the water jacket structure.
2. External door has an observation window or double door structure to ensuring convenient observation activities without affecting the temperature in the chamber.
3. Water interlined heating mode ensures uniformity of temperature in the operating chamber and thermostatic conditions in the chamber even when power supply suspended.
4. Micro-computer-based smart temperature controller, LED display for setting temperature and the temperature in the chamber, parameter memory and recovery function for the purpose of protection against power failure, computer system halt and data loss; protection and alarming against excessive temperature, failure of sensors, creepage, over-current, excessively high water level; timing function and the function of heating suspension in time of low water level.
5. Separate alarming system for temperature limit ensure automatic termination of operation in case temperature exceeding limit, ensuring safe operation and avoiding accidents (optional).
6. Upgraded temperature controller with LCD multi-sectional color display, it having the functions above and can display parameters of several sections on one screen, and has a menu type operating interface (optional).
7. Multi-sectional parameters such as temperature, time and temperature rise velocity can be set and programmed at the same time. It enables temperature gradient control. Automatic switch-on, normal standby and switch-off can be set in advance (optional).
8. UV sterilizing system can sterilize the interior of the chamber on regular basis, capable of effectively killing suspended bacteria in the air circulation in the chamber, thus effectively preventing contamination during cell cultivation (optional).
9. It can be fitted with RS-485 portal to connect with printer and computer for recording variations of temperature parameters (optional).
