Applications:
With this instrument, sterilization is achieved by dry and hot air, which gives rise to oxidation of microorganisms, protein denaturation and condensation of dielectric. It is to destroy celelular protoplasm by oxidation, which will lead to the death of microorganism. Thus, all microorganisms can be killed within a certain period of heating.
